The purpose of a public limited company is:
1. to transport equipment, goods, animals, plants, and people, for remuneration, by land, both nationally and internationally, in the broadest sense of the word;
2. Land transport can be divided into road, rail, and cable transport, not excluding other modes of land transport;
3. to purchase, sell, lease, rent, or rent out carriages and associated maintenance services for the aforementioned means of transport, all for the purpose of transporting the equipment, goods, animals, plants, and people mentioned in paragraph 1 of this article;
4. to provide logistical, operational, and technical services related to the carriages mentioned in paragraph 3 of this article;
5. to operate forwarding, distribution, and transport companies related to the objectives described in paragraphs 1 through 4 of this article, to the extent legally permitted;
6. acting as an agent, representative, or in any other capacity for third parties with regard to the objectives described in paragraphs 1 through 5 of this article;
7. performing all activities that, in the broadest sense of the word, belong to the objectives, are related to them, or may be conducive to them, including participating in and managing other companies with the same or similar objectives.
